Candyass Album by Orgy
1 of 1 found this helpful This 12 track CD is packed with meaningful lyrics, amazing effects, and awesome song composition. It is a very interesting musical style as well. The first time I listened to the album the songs did not seem to flow together and the verses and chorus' seemed to be chopped and placed at random into a song. However, the second and third times I listened to the album the individual verses, songs, and chorus' had an interesting and captivating feel about them. I soon found myself singing the songs in my head and realizing that there was real skill and talent POURED into every second of this album. It takes some time to get over the "minor" sounds of lead singer Josh Abraham's voice and the "multi-faceted" song directions, but trust me, this is a great CD. On a five star rating system I would give this album 3 1/2-4 stars. It all depends on your taste and understanding of musical styles. But as I said, my first impressions of this CD were "2 stars" and now I love em. I would recommend this CD as a "must have" for a full CD collection. I bought this CD out of pure interest and discovered something real cool. I give props to Orgy for their musical talents and style! They are very cool!
