Difficulty handling large amount of music
1 of 1 found this helpful the quality of device and sound are good, but there is a minute-long lag when trying to open a playlist. I put 14gb of music files on the device and it seems to have difficulty handling it, especially the playlists. Am going to take it to Best Buy and see if an exchange will help. I did download and install the updated firmware.
