Great for CFS/M.E.
After suffering for 23 years with this damned disabling chronic illness, I thought I'd try this amino acid. Turns out it assists with ammonia removal from the blood (which is what the urea cycle is responsible for.) I take 2.5 grams x 3 times a day. My energy has improved and muscle soreness has decreased. Not a cure, but I will take anything that improves my quality of life.

Great product
NAC along with Selenium are precursors to Glutathione (antioxidant). My liver function tests always showed "low glutathionation" and my ability to detoxify was lacking. This is helping and I am feeling a lot better.
