Touchpad board replacement

2ND SSD HARD DRIVE

Installed this as a second ssd hard drive in a G7 7700 gaming computer. With a 5.0 Ghz I7 processor and an awesome laptop cooling pad, this hard drive is "smoking fast"!

Great 4 TB internal PCIe hard drive

The drive itself is awesome! Unfortunately it wouldn't work in my computer. I have a Dell G7 17 7700 gaming computer. There's 6gb memory on the video card with 16gb memory installed on motherboard. When I installed the drive into the computer as a second hard drive it saw it in the bios but the operating system kept crashing. Currently I'm running windows 11 so I made a windows 10 bootable thumb drive so I could install the operating system but it kept crashing still. I installed it into an external casing I had to buy and windows 11 read it correctly and even let me create and format a usable partition. I put it back into the laptop and again it still keep crashing the system. As an external hard drive it works just fine and is very fast. I decided to keep it because of the speed but would like to have used it in my laptop. Going to the mfgr website was ABSOLUTELY USELESS! No help there at all, just promoting their product. If there's a fix out there I'd greatly appreciate it.
