iPod Touch 4G, everything in one
5 of 5 found this helpful There is virtually nothing (Well, almost) you can do with the iPod Touch. You can listen music, watch videos, surf Internet, play games... not like cellphone games, but very sophisticated 3D games. Also you can get an endless apps for the iPod, like 200000 apps (And up) from calendars, alarms... to photo editors, DJ like apps, etc...
The iPod Touch is a sure bet if you want a COMPLETE device for everything.

Great Nvidia Fermi card mid level
2 of 2 found this helpful If you don't want to spend too much money for a Nvidia Fermi card, the GTS 450 is the answer, in performance is almost equal to Geforce 9800GTX and plus the DX11.
The card is good for resolutions up to 1680x1050, with the graphics options all max and maybe with antialiasing and anisotropic filters depending the game. With that set up you can get about 60-70FPS average for almost all games.
The thermal issue is very different in most card vendors, it depends more on how is the cooler solution, some GTS 450 from different vendors are running a little hot than others, but overall the GF 104 chip is cooler than previous version like G92 chip. The same goes for how loud is the card fan, for example the EVGA GTS 450 is know to be quite silent, and the standard Gigabyte GTS 450 version is very loud, so you better check the reviews if decibel (dB) is important to you.
The OC capability is very remarkable on the GTS 450, the stock CPU speed is 783MHz i was able to raise to 910MHz with no problems and even keeps cool, the same goes to the memory.
Well to be honest, if you compare the GTS 450 to ATI-AMD cards, the closest rival are HD 5750 and the HD 5770, the GTS 450 is a little more powerful than the HD 5750, but can't beat the HD 5770... but not for much. The price of the HD 5770 has been stable for a long time with no rebate, that's the GTS 450 fills the gap, with competitive prices a bit low than the GTS 450.
Well, the GTS 450 is a very good choice for those looking a Fermi mid range card, Physx, CUDA and others Nvidia extras with a price range to the $100 to $120. You won't regret if you are on budget.

Not a WP8 smartphone, but almost there and a great phone!
By today standard this smartphone maybe is in disadvantage with the competition including the Lumia 920, but still a high end smartphone with the smooth performance of the WP 7.5 - 7.8 even with only 1 CPU core y 512MB of RAM. The quality of the screen is superb the AMOLED screen give a deep color and strong contrast the black color is REALLY black not dark grey like conventional LCD screens.
The design it's from the award winning Nokia N9, for some people the Lumia 900 could be a quite heavy and bulky but is not that uncomfortable, it feels very solid and sturdy on the other hand. To operate the WP 7.5 - 7.8 is very simple and intuitive, many social features and decent multimedia, great call quality. The battery life is acceptable, maybe more if you turn off the LTE network.
Now not everything is wonder in this smartphone, the cons are the lack of apps on the WP 7.5, the camera not so good, no micro SD slot, you cannot access the battery since the cell is unibody no lid no cover.
Well this smartphone it's a great alternative to other mobile OS, but the WP 8 obviously it's a better choice with a higher price. This one of the best affordable alternative for Android and iOS until the WP8 Nokia Lumia 620 hit the market.
