Expensive Rubbish

THis product worked more or less ok for around a week, then started to stick before it reached its closed position leaving the door ajar.Over the following week it started to lose its spring back altogether so I increased the tension to the next position up. That worked for a day and then the device started to jam as the door was being opened and eventually would only open a quarter of the travel before the whole device started to twist off the wall. So much so that it bent the mounting screws. Not any use after only three weeks ! !

Unfortunately fade away after around six months

The candles work very well at first and produce the desired effect. In fact they are often a talking point for visitors. Unfortunately, after around six months they start to go dim, so much so that they fail to produce sufficient light to cast shadows on nearby walls. We've had several sets of these candles and they all do the same. We tried changing out the rechargeable batterries for new ones and putting in new non rechargeables batteries in but to no avail. Not sure what the problem is with them but all sets have gone the same way. It's a real shame as we were highly delighted with them at first.
