In this kit only one strap and one pair ...

In this kit only one strap and one pair of bolts will fit as the other strap and 2 bolts are a different size.The listing does not disclose this.So 2 kits must be purchased to install a universal to a yoke.

If removing the lower front air barrier ...

If removing the lower front air barrier from a 4th generation Tacoma for a better appearance has caused a whistling noise,then plugging holes in the lower A-frames will stop most of the noise.I did this with eight 20mm by 2.5 mm plugs (4 on each side).
