  Item as described, they are cheap but this 1 is made very cheap,, I purchased another from a different seller and it looks nicer as the tap is smaller and heaver/ better quality , postage was slow took 15 days to get the product but at least it did turn up

  The description and photos were accurate however it arrived with a timber defect (hole) in the front panel through the lettering. This totally distracted from the look of the box. The seller offered discounts but never an exchange, which would have been preferred. Following many messages, I assumed they did not have an exchange unit, and accepted their discount for the inconvenience.

  Disappoint! Arrived in a plastic bag......a hat in a plastic bag!!!!! Sent like this the hat was clearly bent all over. Put a hat in a box with some padding! Hats DO NOT travel well in a plastic bag! I have photos to prove it. DO NOT BUY A HAT FROM THIS SELLER! In addition to this egregious issue the hat was too big and it was not made of wool as it said in the title and description. It was made of polyester and cotton. If you don't know this they shouldn't be doing business. Lies and stupidity
