Efficient, colourful and sturdy
Invaluable if you have to take pills several times a day. Sturdy, clear markings and great if you are spending time away from home - just slip the appropriate daily medication capsule out of the holder and you’re ready to go. Individual compartments for breakfast, noon, evening and bedtime so there is no forgetting to take the dose at the right time. Easy to use and you can load a week at a time.

Toe tapping lovely!
There comes a time in every sock-knitter’s life when they need a fast-knit, non-lacy pair of socks to fill a gap in the drawer or to give as a gift. This yarn is nice. It’s Very Nice. Lovely deep intense colour, a reasonably long colour run, great washability qualities, not ‘splitty’ and in short, a ‘go to‘ yarn for instant gratification. I must have knitted over four hundred pairs of socks over the years - probably more and this is one of my favourite brands for a colourful treat

The dissection of an unlikeable character...
3 of 3 found this helpful I love Johnny Depp films. He chooses quirky, odd, unexpected and 'boundary pushing in the credibility stake' type films and I am hooked on them. 'The Libertine' is no exception. Depp takes on the persona of a shallow, amoral man - out for himself, careless of those around him, self-willed and self-absorbed and - like peeling an onion, Depp peels away each layer to expose the core of the character. His acting in this film is characteristically distant and cynical in this tale of a man's descent into degradation. In the opening scene Depp declares 'You will not like me' but by the end of the film when he finds his personal salvation and dignity, I wonder how true that is.
The film captures perfectly the difference between the poor and rich classes of the time and the dark, gloomy lighting of the one contrasts perfectly with the gaudy, tinsel of the other. Well worth a watch!
