Helps my neck
After struggling with a salon sink for years, trying a rolled-up towel and a neck collar (both got soaking wet), I found this. It does help, although I could wish it were a little larger. (It is 7-1/4" from one side to the other.) In other words, it didn't completely solve the problem, but it definitely helped.

Even better than I expected.
The description said the screen was cracked, and there was even a photo of a long horizontal crack across the screen, so I also ordered a glass mending kit. When the iPad came, however, I could barely see the crack, which is shown in the photo. As far as function is concerned, I naively thought I could use this device as a large-screen phone, and I easily installed a SIM card. BUT, to actually serve as a phone, the iPad must be paired with an iPhone; otherwise the only advantage of having a connection to a cellular network is that you can still be connected when you have no wifi. So it wasn't a necessary purchase, but I still like having a back-up iPad, especially one with so much memory (128GB), for under $200.
