This item was packaged EXACTLY how Orvis packages them from the factory. The reel is in a padded bag, in a padded box that's in ANOTHER box with padding. Securely taped!! I sold several of these and all arrived perfectly. If damaged, it was because of improper handling by the Post Office. Buyer didn't contact me about this issue, and I would have asked for a return of the item and refunded. No photos, no contact. I'm reaching out to buyer on this issue.

Could it be.... Dog proof?? So far it's outliving most!!
A weimaraner who usually has no problem ripping the squeaker out of toys (sometimes in minutes) has been having a blast with this for 2 weeks, and it's showing no sighs of weakness. (The toy, not the dog) Dual Squeakers keeps her busy, and everything from laying down and chomping continuously to head shakes and tossing it in the air, it's shown itself to be a worthy opponent. When it finally falls apart, I'll buy another!!
