Didn't really work properly.
Difficult to use. The Shoe/ Heel support is thin clear plastic and too flexible, causing the whole thing to collapse. Wasted 2 hours with this. Silicone Heel shaper worked well though.

Excellent for the price.
1 of 1 found this helpful I borrowed a mates Karcher 2100 unit of similar size and found it very handy. I bought this to do the same work and found it even better. It seems to be of good quality and functions well. The twist adjustable tip is excellent and when almost closed, can put a score in cement joints and separate layers of sandstone. More power than i'll ever need. Great for cleaning Car Wheels and Driveways, around the Pool, Outdoor Furniture, Eaves, Windows, etc, etc. Saves Water too.
