Really like it
This DVD does the job. I hate workouts where you have to jump up and down or dance. This is a basic workout but boy do you feel it!! lots of squats and lunges. Takes a while to build up strength to go low enough but even if you only go down part way you will feel it. My arms are starting to show some definition after using this for about 3 weeks. Using hand weights does the trick.
