    The quality was good. The condition was new or like new. it was certainly a good value for the price. The appearance of it it was excellent. However, it arrived late and the postal service went from Louisiana to Texas (which delayed the process and made no sense). So I reported the issue and only then did it arrive quick after that. I think the post office needs change. They investigated the issue when I reported the unexplained Texas.
