Every piece in the kit came wrapped in bubble wrap, so there was no damage to any of the pieces. It comes with all the hardware, washers nuts and bolts. There are a couple bolts that you reuse on the golf cart, but it clearly shows you which one they are. If you have the ability to turn a wrench, you should be able to install these yourself. It's very straightforward, and pretty easy to do. I installed this on a 2013 club car precedent, had no issues at all putting it on.

Fit perfect on 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring. The gaskets are not exactly correct. The bolt holes are too close together so you have to cut them a little bit or reuse your old gaskets. The other issue was the Oxygen sensor port threads were not cut perfect or maybe damaged when the factory welded the fitting and the sensor would not screw in. I have a spark plug thread chase tool and ran it into the sensor port and then the sensor went in without any issues. For the price this pipe looks fine.
