No packing used whatsoever, just two seats thrown in a box. Driver’s seat arrived with a cut. Seller expects me to get another box and pack carefully to send back. I asked for $100 refund because that’s what a local upholstery shop wants to repair the damaged seat. Seller offered $30. Nice seats but I advise you to buy somewhere else.

He requestd a return for a refund, but actually he was not going to return anything to us at the beginning. Refused to return after return label was issued. He insisted on keeping by a big partial refund. We were communicating with him all the time and expect to get a good solution, but he refused to communicate, threaten us to try to get more and more money. Not honest and not reliable.
