Excellent Gigabit Switch!
This unit is ideal for SMB or home use. I realize that most home useres don't need an 8 port switch, but by the time I hooked up all my PC's, Access points (large house), and my NAS I was long since out of ports. The transfer rates are 100% maxed from my PC to my NAS and my Roku loads very quickly so the access point is being fed enough speed. I've always used Cisco business class hardware at work and their SMB line hasn't disappointed me yet.

These processors are starting to age but, they still have some life in them!
C2DUO's are getting up there in age and are showing it. But, they still work perfectly for the following: Custom Routers, NAS units, Security appliances, Steam Boxes, & media servers. I just recently threw together a steam box for my girlfriend's boy so that he could stream my steam games on his TV. It works as well or better than my dedicated unit from valve (the SteamBox)! I used these 4GB of Corsair XMMS, a GT630, and a WD Velociraptor 146GB. Total investment was around 100 using parts from eBay.

This is the best controller design - hands down!
1 of 1 found this helpful This has to be my favorite controller design of all time! I've been gaming since the Atari 2600 days and I've seen a lot of controller designs (even the god awful N64 design). This fits my hands perfectly and the button placement is perfect. I even grabbed a USB wireless interface for my PC for this bad boy. Great battery life on AA's and it also has great battery life on the rechargeable pack.
