Consistently inaccurate

So excited to track my bags I bought two units. Both are consistently inaccurate only pin pointing there location to within 8-10 miles. I had both units at my desk and both read 10 miles away. I have now traveled with them with the same results. I called to inquire about this with Lug Loc and was informed that they are working on accuracy. Wow if I lose my bags I would like to be able to find them not just know they are in this general area.
