  Very bad experience. I have been with eBay for 20 years and this was the worst transaction. Buyer changed his mind on the item and convinced authenticators that listing was not accurate. I never mentioned that warranty card was in the sale. I Clearly said that only eBay verification card is available. I accept his offer and then he changed his mind. Careless and abusive buyer. Forced me to end my auction early and I had to pay for shipping. patelsohum17 should be blocked from eBay.

  I did not convince the authentication team that the listing was not accurate. They reached out to me with more extensive photos showing that the watch had more scratches and scuffs than the item description and photos listed. Upon consideration of the item at that point due to the considered factors, the lack of pictogram and master chronographer cards (the other 2 cards), the cost of a polish/refinish, and potiental service cost, I chose the option of the eBay guarantee.
