They were designed to target specific problem areas to help children learn and thrive. They incorporate cognitive behavioral concepts to blend the effectiveness of CBT in a play therapy format. I thought that this was a board game, with a box. It was just sheets of printed cardstock and I had to cut out the cards. There was a baggie of tokens and a dice to go with. It is a good game, played it with a client, but the price was quite high for what I received.
