Great BBQ thermometer
This is a discontinued item but far superior to other meat forks. It can adjust its thermometer to various items on a BBQ grill - chicken, beef, pork, fish - it's backlit and the colors change when you're done (several gradations for beef). It's long so you can hold it over the meat on the grill for extended periods without feeling like your hand is getting cooked. Wonderful instrument that guarantees well done meats. No subsequent meat thermometer has come close, which is why I'm buying up all the ones I can find on e-Bay.

Great but discontinued
I LOVE this fork. It allows me to cook meat on the grill to perfection. There's a set point for every kind of meat (beef, chicken, fish) and as it approaches the done-ness you want you get a digital reading of the internal meat temperature, a graphic showing you how close you are, and the color changes as you go through stages (rare, medium rare, medium, well done). It's long so your hand doesn't have to get too close to the heat. There really isn't anything else like this on the market, apparently Brookstone discontinued it at some point.
