Love these books!
My children loved the series, and now my grandchildren do, too! The topics are timeless, and there's nearly always a lesson involved. Never any "fluff," the authors really zero-in on what's important in children's lives. I will continue to add to my grandchildren's collection as they grow. A perfect gift!

The book centers on a part of history that I don’t ever want to forget. The first person narration takes the reader up close and personal with the main character’s challenges and sorrows.
