  Was looking forward to buy from these guys again and I was not disappointed! All came in healthy and as described. They also give an extra 2-3 sometimes to offset any losses which ( isn’t described to my knowledge) has nicely been consistent with both purchases.   This transaction - through no fault of the seller - was a doozy, thanks to USPS loosing it somewhere. The seller however was amazing to work with! Very responsive to communication and committed to making things right. I received the snails yesterday - they were by far the best packaged snails I’ve ever received. Healthy and happy, they were exploring their new tank within an hour of acclimation. I would 100% recommend this seller and want to say thank you for going above and beyond!

  The quality is high the condition they came in was excellent and as to the value you're not going to find better than this seller in my opinion and the appearance is amazing the seller was very helpful my first order was doa for the most part but I informed the seller with pictures and they had no problem resending the order this seller cares about thier products packs them very well they even threw in a few extra with a really cool plant that looks amazing highly recommend this seller!!!!!!!!!!
