Canon DR-3080CII Image Formula Scanner + CapturePERFECT Software (DR-3080C 2)

I bought this product refurbished.

The driver is very unstable. It tends to refault to 1 sided scanning, and the machine has to be rebooted to go back to duplex scans. Also, 1 of the scanning surfaces was badly scratched, so the scans are all coming out with lines.
