Great Headlights! (Review Includes Installation Tips)

These headlights are more affordable than the Toyota OEM units yet still high quality. Also, fitment was perfect on a 2009 Camry. If you plan to undertake this project, here are five tips to share: First, prior to installation apply silicon caulk (suggest GE 100% Clear Silicon) around the entire seam between the clear lens and gray housing. This will help ensure no moisture will leak inside over time. Second, search YouTube for Camry headlight DIY videos. I kept a tablet handy for referencing each step during the install. Third, after attaching the electrical wire harnesses, confirm all four bulbs (Low Beam, High Beam, Turn Signal & Side Marker) are working on each side. Replacing any burned out bulbs now will be much easier than when the job is completed. Fourth, after installation make sure to adjust the angle of the headlights. Again YouTube is a great source for how to properly do this. And lastly, apply some Meguiar's G17804 Keep Clear Headlight Coating to the lenses. Reapplying once a year will keep your headlights looking fresh, especially in sun intensive climates like Florida, Texas, etc. Hope this helps!

Superb Double Seatpost Clamp!

If you're having trouble with your bicycle seatpost slipping or just like the security of a double clamp design, I highly recommend this KCNC SC13. After researching the various options online, I concluded this was the nicest design. Upon delivery, I was even more impressed at the fantastic machining and overall quality. At just 25 grams, it's also light for a double clamp design. The dual internal O-rings in the upper clamp are a nice touch to aid in keeping out moisture. Other nice details include the anodized barrel nuts and titanium bolts. This KCNC clamp is also available in a wide range of sizes and colors to fit and compliment just about any bike. The only caution is I believe the labeled bolt torques are excessive (especially for carbon seatposts). Instead of the suggested 5.5 N-m Upper / 9 N-m Lower, I used 3 N-m / 5 N-m, respectfully. Even at my 200 lb weight, this was more than adequate to eliminate my prior seatpost slippage issues. A great product at a very fair price!
