Best value Linux 802.11ac USB Wi-Fi dongle

This cute little dongle should Just Work™ with any Linux distribution running kernel 4.19 or newer, i.e. pretty much any distro released in 2019 or later. (If you're running an older distro, you can upgrade to kernel 4.19 and download the mt7610u.bin firmware blob to a new /lib/firmware/mediatek directory, reboot and it should also just work.) Also Linux driver doesn't flash the dongle's LED, so as a bonus you don't have a retina-searing blue light in your field of vision when you're working at night.
