Wealth of History

A friend of mine shared this book with me and although I had heard of it I had never explored its contents. This book is a wealth of cooking information and history much of which could be lost to future generations as we are immersed more and more into the pre-packaged food society we now live in. Well worth adding to one's cooking library.
