  Negative Feedback: Buyer messaged a couple days after shipping label was purchased and printed, which ebay marks as "shipped." Buyer accused me of lying and demanded to know where his package was and threatened to leave negative feedback stating it wasn't acceptable and that I was a bad seller. I refunded his money and cancelled the transaction since he was not satisfied with the speed at which reasonable business is conducted. Buyer proceeded to hurl insults for canceling the item. Hope he's ok
