  The seller wastes your time. He offers the Best-offer option but never responds to an offer. Either send a counter offer, decline my offer, or remove the Best-offer option. I could have simply ordered them right from the beginning, but instead wasted a few days. I even tried offering just a few cents below the asking price to confirm my theory. Good price, but terrible customer service.
