Denon AVR-1601 80 watt Receiver

This is a big Receiver with lots of power 80 watts Unusually for an amp this size there is no pre amp phono input so if you like playing vinyl you will need a phono pre amp There are lots of inputs on the back and even more speaker inputs The radio pre sets are a bit confusing (lots of pre set numbers for lots of stations)but once you get used to setting it up all becomes clear as does the sound on FM this one is Cristal clear just using a cheap aerial plugged in the back So to conclude a big powerful Receiver for not a lot of money if you listen to music off the radio it is excellent CD input and sound is also good I'm using some Wharfedale speakers from the 60s so this Receiver is hardly breaking into a sweat The digital display is bright and clear if a bit annoying on FM I would think without an owners manual you would struggle to set this big receiver up lucky for me mine came with the manual enjoy

Good Batteries

These are £4.30p for 2 in rip off Tesco So are excellent value for money a good tip these fit the Casio WS300 watch (12.99p each) if you buy from Casio Dealer so don't get ripped off
