Great product but the product setup experience stinks
It was plug and play so it’s relatively easy to get it working on a rudimentary basis. However, to make it work the way most people purchase it for it’s not that easy because there are no directions in the box informing you that you need to download software. Fortunately our assistant she is technically oriented and she made that determination and then she had to scour the internet for the software. And of course, there’s no support number. Once you jump through 50 hoops, it’s a great product. The product setup experience stinks.
