  The product did not match the description 1 TB hard drive instead of 10TB hard drive. The the item was poorly packaged such that it fell apart in transit. Yes I was interested in buying used but I was expecting that if the sell says it is 10 hard drive TB it is 10TB hard drive. I have may attempt to reach the seller but I have received no response. I will like a response at least before I request a refund. The only reason I was buy this item was because wanted the 10 TB hard drive. Thanks
