Contacted seller, seller says "you knew it was broker and bought it anyway" and declined the return. There was no mention of damage in the ad and I wish I could show you all the screen shots. Anyway, I fought it through ebay and they refunded me. Seller never responded further. Good luck.

Poor Quality
Bought item. Tried to format it unsuccessfully. It is a useless piece of junk. You get what to pay for. I later bought a samsung unit that is working flawlessly.
