Overall great product
This is indeed a great back and neck massager I use it most days after a hard day at work and it soothes the aches and pains quite quickly.
It has great functionality and power setting control and is actually comfortable to use.
HOWEVER ……. yep there's a downside ……. it's a noisy bugger especially with the neck setting running, you will need to turn the TV volume up.
But hey as far as I know all the similar products have the same noise issue, so I guess if you want something that vibrates and massages you have to have a bit of noise.
Overall great product.
