Summation...I would not recommend the use of this product except on a brand new, totally blank hard drive.
It was easy to install...HOWEVER..I wanted to install it on my laptop but it would NOT load.
It did load easily on my home computer...HOWEVER..it wiped out every program I had on the hard drive.
I had to RE-LOAD MicroSoft Office and Quicken and other programs.
It will NOT activate...it says that it has already been activated on another computer....my laptop?....
And it freezes frequently....could be my computer.....or not....
I am living with the lack of activation, but should not have to.....
All in all, although the answers to your questions are yes, my experience with this product is less than satisfactory.
