Poor Conection

This product appears to be made of solid waterproof construction. Setup was easy enough. However, it is constantly losing its connection with the iHome server and I cannot control the device remotely. iHome support is worthless. They suggest resetting the unit and setting it up all over again. This is unacceptable and I cannot recommend this device to anyone.
