I like the small size, and ability to use protective filter and lens hood.
I have found this a great pleasure to use and am shooting with it much more than I expected - it brings a fun new perspective. I was concerned that it would have been better to spend a little more and get the similar Panasonic Lumix for the slightly wider field of view, but I have no regrets, and DO like the very small size, ability to put on a protective filter and have a lens hood.

Worked perfectly
No issues loading the DVD or getting it to boot up and run with the new maps. 2013 4Runner.

Wonderful camera!
I purchased one "almost new" and immediately took it on a trip through Vancouver and on a cruise up the Inland Passage to Anchorage. Excellent pictures, the HD video worked well, battery life good; image stabilization pulled out handheld long telephoto shots well beyond what I would have expected. I was concerned about the quality of pictures taken at long telephoto from the ship, like of wildlife along the shore or in the water. These turned out very well also. I am well pleased. The commercial reviews say that this camera is overpriced for what it does. Perhaps so, but getting it for a good price in eBay overcomes that issue.
