early comments on experience
Received printer in great shape, packed excellent. Was very clean with what appeared to be test documents in the hopper. Had book with it and cords. Hooked it up and it worked great and printed great plugged directly into the computer. Have tax business and do need the network to work. Was not able to get the network to work yet. Appears old protocol was left in the printer and haven't had the time to replace it with ours. So far so good.

These are great printers - this one just has random malfunction
It is inconsistent in the feeding of the paper- it picks the paper up and quits after feeding about 2 inches of the paper (then this page is skipped). It doesn't always do this but it is a nightmare if trying to print the longer print jobs. You never know when this is going to happen.
It often feeds more than one sheet of paper but I can live with that by putting a finger on the following page.
If I was told this printer was erratic in feeding the paper I would not have bought it.
