Possibly good for caravan users.
This PVR was recommended to me for my caravan, as the pvr has evidently a more sensitive receiver than the caravan tv. Trials so far have confirmed this is correct as I can now receive tv stations at my favourite caravan park where before it was susceptible to atmospherics on a daily basis. In addition, the physical size of the pvr has a minimal footprint which is great for the restricted space in a van. This product was refurbished and time will tell if the product will last; however, I'm just happy to receive a tv signal. If the pvr records for a couple of years, that's a bonus.
