Love The Specials ? Buy it !

Early recordings from the pre-2tone era, including rough versions of what would become key Specials tracks, but also one song I’ve not heard before (Jay Walker) and the embryo of Pearl’s Cafe (Rock and Roll Nightmare). Slicker than the Coventry Automatics tracks that have popped up on various ska compilations, but not quite rounded enough to get them a record deal at that stage, it’s something to be grateful for though - if they hadn’t been turned down at this stage, there may have been no 2tone .....

Great source for hard-to-find blades.

Couldn’t find these in regular stores, only the version for the other Scorpion (no flat deck) which doesn’t fit, so was pleased to find these. Good value as a multi-buy offer too, so am sorted for a while now. Can’t fault the service.
