Excellent Expose of the Alcohol Problem
Allen Carr has followed his successful and personal attack on Smoking with this enlightening expose of the illogical impact of alcohol on society. It is not an aggressive medical appraisal of its extremely damaging features but more-so a logical examination of where society has been duped over the years about alcohol. He is open about the impact it had on him and his ultimate realisation that alcohol was dangerous, had no redeeming features and could be removed from one's personal life. He is not a psychologist but a business person and this makes the book even more readable. Wholly recommended.
