  The item came fairly on time, and I realize it was a discounted price, however at a little over 700.00 I think it should work properly, so far I have found the software does not transmit the designs to the machine, I have went on line and tried to find a fix, nothing has worked. Still will not transmit to machine, my computer is not a year old yet, so not the issue, and I have not had a chance to check other functions. Since seller does not accept returns, in the future I will buy new.
