Memory Box is a good product
The flowers are just an outline and I found it hard to work with. It is good quality as are all the Memory Box products, but this die is not my favorite. The picture is deceiving.

Anything Jim Shore
Anything and everything Jim Shore is dependable and well made. This was no exception.

Whole30 Compliant
If you are staying compliant on WHOLE30, then this is a great help. I fill in the previous day's info first thing every morning. Would recommend it and also the cookbook.
It is a handy guide. Unfortunately I stayed with it for a few weeks and then kept forgetting to write in it. If you are better organized, you might enjoy keeping up with it. If I were to do Whole30 again, however, I wouldn't bother spending the money on the book, and would just gather up the info I felt important and make my own journal.
