When u plug the device it doesn't have any switch or control over the temperature so the pancake easily burn. I tried several times already but i can't achieve to have perfect cook so i transfer to my regular pan to cook my pancake well. Ending waste of money. Ship the item from US all the way to Philippines and thats a alot of money. I am wondering how to refund bec the item is somehow deceiving.
