  The overall purchase experience can only be rated as neutral as the item never arrived. This was a problem with the delivery company, however the communication from the seller was excellent, even chasing the parcel and keeping me informed of progress whilst they were on holiday. Could not have asked for more from the seller and I would definitely buy from them again. The disappointment came from the delivery company. A prompt refund was made by the seller without me even asking.
