AIC bio that needed to exist
I haven’t finished it yet, but I’m glad to have it. Mainly because there aren’t other biographies on the band really. It provides great insight into the band members and the creation of important band landmarks and how they led to subsequent connections and development. Quoted material from friends and colleagues can be informative at times but other times seems pointless or generic..... space filler around-the-bush type statements.
Its still worth the read for sure. Alice In Chains and it’s members lacks a proper catalogue of biography work. This band, its music were and still are, ahead of their time. Layne Staley stands in a choice group of the greatest, most original and most powerful rock voices ever. There are so many rich areas yet untouched which deserve their chance to be understood that will no doubt continue to inspire. I would love to know more of the writing dynamic between the members and how songs came to be. This book touches a lot and obviously a definite have for fans

Sharpies do the jobby job
These sharpies take care of business. I have to do a lot of fast paced manilla tag labeling which can be seen clearly from a distance and these blue fine points are perfect. They last long enough considering how much I use them daily and as long as you have the right touch, the point with stay decent almost to the point when they start running low
