I bought Foreo Luna 4 from this seller, when I opened the box I saw defects on the packaging. I decided to open it anyway and install the application for this device, and they told me by number that it was a copy. The seller sold the old item as new even though he had used it. I am disappointed.

I agree case is made from plexiglass and had a small crack but item was not used or not fake I have sold dozens of these without any issues also I approved a return but buyer refused to return it said they would use as is instead. I ask myself if item a copy plus used why wouldn't you return for a full refund? Story not true.
