Great Product At A Good Price
Easy to use pulse and oxygen monitor. Use it on my elderly Mum with no problems and on myself as I am a shallow breather.

Luminette SAD Light Therapy Glasses
Note : The Luminette I purchased has been superseded by a newer model.
I bought this product as I suffer from depression, insomnia and daytime sluggishness amongst other things. It has certainly helped my daytime sluggishness. As I have a bit more energy in the daytime, I think it has helped my depression somewhat as I am more motivated to get out and do things. I haven't been able to curb my insomnia, but this may be due to not using it early enough in the morning to reset the body clock.
My only complaint would be that the attachment that sits on the bridge of the nose is a bit hard and uncomfortable and not really long enough to hold the glasses high enough for the correct usage. I have been able to work around this somewhat by wrapping the attachment in paper medical tape, cheaply available at any chemist or some supermarkets.
