A good fit

Because there are a number of ice makers that are compatible with my 29-year-old Sub Zero 550, there were differences that made it incompatible. My problem was to find one that came as close as possible. In particular the 'fill' bar provided that came with the unit I ordered was too long, but fortunately I was able to use the bar from the old unit. Other than that, the ice maker was fine and I'm back to making ice again

The right part...

I bought an A/V receiver that at the time was not sold in the U.S. This receiver had a whip antenna that didn't work well which is why I needed to add an external antenna. The problem was with the connection type! The receiver was a "Harman Kardon BDS 580" and after calling their technical support I soon realized they had no clue about what I needed, so I took a chance that this was the right adapter, and I was right!
