Needs improving

It is fundamentally good, solidly built. The chickens don't all work out how to use it - which eventually becomes a serious problem. Twice in 2 weeks, one of the metal pull levers has fallen off or pushed off by the chickens. Either way it stops it working well so needs a redesign to make this infalible.
